Our team will be breaking down the core kettlebell moves required to increase strength, power, and teach how to use them to make efficient and effective workouts! ABOUT THE COACHES
The session will be hosted by StrongFirst SFG II Instructor Keagan Stofflet, who’s been teaching the art of the kettlebells and proper human movement for almost a decade now, alongside StrongFirst Elite Instructor Braeden Bowman, the co-owner of Momentum Gym. Assisting them will be the Momentum Gym Training Staff, all of which have extremely in-depth experience when it comes to Kettlebell training! WHAT THIS WORKSHOP WILL INVOLVE:
During the 90 minute session, held at Momentum Gym - 900 Green Valley Road, Beaver Dam WI, we will be going over the 2 core kettlebell moves that are fundamental when it comes to building strength, power, and burning some serious calories WITHOUT spending hours in the gym!
